Stadium Super Truck Recap

Cleetus McFarland made his Stadium SUPER Trucks (SST) debut in the Fun-Haver SST this past weekend at the Grand Prix of Long Beach.

Of course, wherever Cleetus goes, fun is sure to follow!

In race 1 McFarland started P4 and would ultimately come away with a top 10 in his first competitive action. Taking what he learned on track day 1, Cleetus would improve upon his qualifying position starting 3rd for the second race of the weekend. Starting toward the front meant less race traffic to compete in and in the final few turns he would pass veteran racer Robby Gordon for first nearing the checkered!

However, perhaps taking the #FunHaverFlightSquadron name a bit too literal, Cleetus would send it on the final jump spinning on the landing to give the win to Gordon. With the checkered flag in his sights this was not the result Cleetus had hoped for, but when fun is had, everybody wins!
